Our first release is a dry rhum: spicy, sweet, and smoky, without any of the alcohol to dampen the affair. We spent over a year working with our Master Distiller to hone our recipe, distilling fresh pressed heirloom sugarcane juice with carefully selected botanicals, fruits, and spices. The result is a stunning combination of 39 all-natural ingredients—everything found in nature, nothing artificial. Our dry Rhum is produced in small batches in Oaxaca, Mexico, honoring the legacy of the region.
